NEW DELHI, JANUARY 16: T N Kaul, former foreign secretary, who also served as India8217;s ambassador to the United States and the erstwhile Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, died Sunday after a fall in his home in Rajgarh in Himachal Pradesh. Kaul was 82.
