Vinod Solanki8217;s impressive performance came to an end when he lost to Alvaro Paseyro of Uruguay in the third round of the World Judo Championships in Osaka, Japan, today. Solanki defeated Garly Menard of Haiti in the first round before ousting Safouane Attaf of Morocco in the second, getting the better of both the judokas with perfect 8217;ippon8217; throws. The title was won by Germany8217;s Florian Wanner.
