Management theory
quot;Discipline, integrity, creativity, loyalty and commitments are the basic qualities expected from management graduates by the industry, quot; said Arvind Sharma, managing director, Chaitra leo Burnett while addressing the students of Indian Institute of Modern Management IIMM. Responding to a query raised, he said that things not done in time is of no significant value notwithstanding whatever be the amount of creativity. He advised the students to pursue the those disciplines in which they are instinctively good at. quot;Don8217;t go in for money or status. Those will in any case follow provided you 8216;perform8217; efficiently and produce results, quot; he cautioned.
