It8217;s a cheesy affair at the ABC farm as the annual cheese festival organised by the farm once again lures cheese lovers to its gates. Delicious cheese gourmets make you drool while a large variety of cheese on offer motivate you to develop a taste for them. More than over 50 varieties of cheese, the festival also flaunts cheesecakes, vegetarian and non-vegetarian Quiches a baked dish, Italian dessert Tiramisu and three kinds of cheese dips. Complimenting the cheese stalls, two wine companies have also exhibited their exotic wines in the festival which also contains other add ons. The two-day festival is being held on November 15 and 16.
Cake walk
It was hands-on-practice at the annual cake mixing ceremony at Hotel Taj Blue Diamond recently. Mixing the ingredients of the hotel8217;s traditional Christmas pudding cake, the employees of the hotel got together to be a part of this annual tradition.
