For a change, food connoisseurs can relish Nawabi Zaiqa with a zing of western grill and Berbecue in a true Nawabi style.

Taj Residency, Lucknow has announced to reopen its dining option 8216;Charcoal8217; from Friday.

With weather just right, 8216;Charcoal8217; promises to offer succulent kebabs and grills and other regal dishes under the stars, says S Shabahat Husain, deputy sales manager, Taj Residency, Lucknow. 8220;Open for dinner only, menu, on a la carte basis will serve food cooked on charcoal grills and served on sizzlers,8221; adds Husain.

While non vegetarian items on offer include Bhatti Da jhinga, Tawa Machli, gosht gilafi kebabs, dhaniya murg tikka and tandoori murg kali mirch, for the vegetarians, vegetarian kebabs, sabj sheekh and many more items would be offered.

For those on the lookout for western spark, chicken divola, Lamp piccata, sizzling prawns and the like would be on a roll. Awadhi and Western desserts like tiramisu, mohan bhog and cheena kheer have been included in the menu.
