Six die in building collapse in Ahmedabad

Six members of two different families were killed when a two-storeyed building collapsed in Vandaphari locality of Jamnagar city on Saturday morning, police said.

Six members of two different families were killed when a two-storeyed building collapsed in Vandaphari locality of Jamnagar city on Saturday morning, police said.

Four members of a family, residing on the top floor, died when the roof of the building collapsed.

Minutes later, the entire structure came crashing down, killing a couple residing on the ground floor.

However, the minor daughter of the couple escaped unhurt, police added.
