Siddharth, Manan enter third round

Local cuiest V Subramaniyam, with a break of 55 and 75, pipped Siddarth Rao of Tamil Nadu 537-529. Rao, who too had a break of 66 and was leading with just two minutes to go, missed an easy shot near the far end. Subramaniyam grabbed the opportunity came up with a 22 points finish.

A Haque of Calcutta also met his match at the hands of local lad Dhruv Sitwala. Sitwala, with a break of 55, defeated Haque 528-413 to move into the third round.
