Chandigarh, June 29: The closing ceremony of Shramdan 8217;99 will be held at the Regulator End of Sukhna Lake here on July 1. According to an official spokesman, the Home Secretary, who is the president of Save Sukhna Society, will be the chief guest on the occasion.
