Divesh Junior Chess tournament

MUMBAI: Chess Association and Divesh Classes will be organising a tournament for juniors on December 12 and 13 at Balkan-ji-Bari, Rajawadi, Ghatkopar (East). The age groups are under-8, under-10, under-12, under-14 and under-16. The Association coach will be giving special free coaching on December 11 from 4.00 pm at Divesh Classes, Tilak Road, Ghatkopar (E). Mihir Seth maintains lead

Mihir Seth, who was adjudged the most promising junior and player of the tournament in the recently concluded Western Indian Squash Championships, maintains his lead in the Head Indian Squash Ranking for under-14 boys.Mahesh Chotrani in men and Mekhala Subedar in women head the rankings.The leaders: Boys under-19: Bikram Uberoi, Under-16: Junaid Nathani, Under-12: Gautam Kalani.
