BHUBANESWAR, Jan 30: The beleagured Janata Dal in Orissa suffered yet another blow today when the party8217;s national general secretary, Pravat Samantaray, resigned from the party8217;s primary membership and announced that he would join the Biju Janata Dal. Samantaray, a former Rajya Sabha member alleged that a couple of senior leaders were using the party as a platform to benefit Congress in the Lok Sabha polls.
