CHANDIGARH, July 19: Rakesh Kumar, 27, a resident of Sector 29, has been reportedly missing from his residence for the past 15 days.

Members of the family told the police that Kumar had gone out for a while but did not return. He had been mentally upset for a few days preceding his disappearance, it was added.
