STOCKHOLM, NOV 15: German model Claudia Schiffer has been chosen to model underwear in this year's edition of Swedish clothing chain Hennes & Mauritz's notoriously revealing holiday advertising campaign. The company's advertisements had on one year gained so much attention they were deemed "a danger to traffic" by Norwegian authorities and ordered to be taken down.In another, critics said they used a model so unusually thin that it promoted eating disorders. And in 1994, the company's display of a minimally clad 16-year-old model prompted charges about the exploitation of children.Annacarin Bjorne of Hennes & Mauritz's public relations department said that this year's campaign would feature only women's lingerie, unlike some previous years which also included men's underwear."Women are our most important target group. That is why we are pitching only at this market this year," Bjorne said. He adding that pictures were available on the company's website hm.com.The new advertising campaign will be launched in December in 13 European countries and the United States.
