Run Modi through forensics: Addl DGP

Gujarat8217;s Addl DGP RB Sreekumar has filed an affidavit before the Nanavati-Shah Commission, asking that Chief Minister Narendra Modi be put through forensic tests in connection with Godhra train carnage in 2002.

Sreekumar, who was in the State Intelligence Bureau when the riots broke out, has alleged that 8220;the SIB was used by politicians and some senior police officials to 8216;produce8217; a conspiracy theory, including the role of Pak-based ISI, about the attack,8221; Commission sources said. 8212;PTI
