Rs 15 lakh robbery

Mumbai November 16: Four unidentified men looted Rs 15 lakh in cash while it was being transported by the staff of Indian Overseas Bank, Mahim branch, to their head office early this morning.

According to the police, the robbers struck when the taxi carrying the cash in its boot had stopped at the signal near Sitaladevi temple at about 10.30 am. The four armed men approached the car, forced the occupants out and fled with the cash.
