NEW DELHI, Dec 25: The Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) issued a clarification that congestion of Railway enquiry number 131 had resulted in a perpetual engaged tone of the service line for the past one week. According to a press release issued by the department, the lines of 131 service and 1330-1339 service were not made nonfunctional and were being checked regularly.
