Chennai, Dec 24: The Chennai-based Guild of Service, a pioneer in the field of assistance to the socio-economically handicapped is planning to introduce another rehabilitation project for the mentally retarded. The project is being launched to mark the Guild’s platinum jubilee celebrations.
