Ralf Schumacher might drive for Renault from 2005 instead of extending his contract with Williams, the German8217;s manager has been quoted as saying. 8216;8216;We8217;ve reached an agreement with Renault team chief Flavio Briatore on all major issues,8217;8217; Willi Weber told German daily Bild in an article released before its publication on Tuesday.

8216;8216;Finalising a contract is merely a formality,8217;8217; he added. Neither team made an official statement on this issue.
