Unseeded Korean An Jae-sung8217;s impressive run in the ONGC 50,000 ATP Challenger tournament was dealt a crushing blow by Aisam Qureshi in the final today, as the sixth seed from Pakistan closed out a 7-5, 6-4 win for his first title on the Challenger circuit.

His usual dexterity at the net, together with some fine stinging returns and impeccable service, were the highlights of his performance today. This victory gets him 55 ATP points. A single break in each set was enough to put the 27-year-old from Lahore on the road to victory.

8220;I stuck to my usual aggressive attacking gameplan. I8217;ve noticed through the week An makes his opponents play his game, rather than letting them play their8217;s. I made sure that didn8217;t happen today,8221; said Qureshi, speaking after the match.
