Automen to stage demonstrations
The Maharashtra Rajya 3-seater autorickshaw action committee8217; has threatened to stage demonstrations in front of all Regional Transport Offices August 4 onwards, to press for implementation of the ban on 6-seaters in all A class municipalities and municipal corporations in the state.

A decision to this effect was taken at the committee8217;s caution meeting8217; held in Mumbai on Sunday. The committee criticised the government for not implementing its decision to ban the 6- seaters taken on the last day of the Assembly8217;s budget session in May.The meeting was attended by MLA Narssaih Adam, leader Sharad Rao and advocate Ram Sharmale.
