The first citizen on Thursday alleged that the administration failed to intimate him in advance that the delegation from Nepal headed by Lalitpur Mayor Buddhiraj Vajracharya was to visit the corporation.

I was informed just a few hours before their arrival in the town.8221; Bhosale presented a memento to his counterpart from Lalitpur who reciprocated the gesture. However, the Mayor alleged that it was an 8220;old memento8221; which was fished out by the administration from PCMC shelves. 8220;It was gathering dust for long and was given a new look before being presented to the delegation8221;.

Bhosale also did not join the guests for a luncheon hosted at the Durgadevi hills.
