Make Afridi ODI captain: Inzy

Following Pakistans success in Twenty20 under Shahid Afridi and his impressive form,the all-rounder should be made the one-day captain,said former Pakistan skipper Inzamam-ul Haq.

I think after becoming T20 captain Shahid has shown that he is more mature and responsible as a player also, Inzamam said.

I think it would be a good choice because Afridi also gets along well with other players and has good communication skills and has been very effective in his individual performances as well.

Inzamam also said that Younis Khan was struggling to score runs and this was not a good sign for the team. He is under pressure and unless the captain is contributing as a player it adds to the pressure on the other members of the team, he said,suggesting that Younis be made only Test captain to allow him to concentrate on his batting.
