the 83-year-old Colombian author and Nobel Prize winner,is at work on a new novel.Cristobal Pera ,his editor,spoke at a presentation in Mexico for Márquezs newest release,a book of essays titled I Didnt Come to Give a Speech. He said Márquez was busy completing a new novel to be called Well Meet in August. The current release is the first for him since Memories of My Melancholy Whores in 2004.

Leonardo Di Caprio

will star in an adaptation of the bestseller,The Devil in the White City ,a project he will also produce. Erik Larsons acclaimed novel spent three years on the New York Times bestseller list,has sold 2.3 million copies and has been translated into 17 languages. The nonfiction story focuses on the lives of two men who turned the 1893 Chicago Worlds Fair into their playground. Di Caprio would play the other man,HH Holmes,a serial killer masquerading as a charming doctor.

Taylor Swift

has teamed up with Elizabeth Arden to create her own line of perfume and fragrance products. Elizabeth Arden,makers of designer perfumes for fashion line Juicy Couture and celebrities such as Britney Spears and Elizabeth Taylor,said the first fragrance will be launched in late 2011. Swift,20,will be personally involved in all aspects of product development,packaging and advertising. There is no name as yet for the new line.
