ISLAMABAD, JUNE 12: The main opposition, Pakistan People8217;s Party PPP, has posted a transcript of a hard-hitting BBC documentary exposing 8220;widespread corruption, money laundering and abuse of power8221; by premier Nawaz Sharif and his family on the worldwide web.

Since the government refused permission to telecast the documentary on Pakistan TV, the PPP posted a transcript of the film and other reports and investigations into corruption charges against Sharif on the web to allow Pakistanis to view it, a PPP statement issued here on Friday said.

The film, From Pakistan to Park Lane via Illford, aired on June 5, provided details of alleged money laundering schemes, corrupt business practices, and abuse of public trust by Sharif and his family.
