CALCUTTA, February 26: The Chief Electoral Officer CEO in West Bengal, Jawhar Sircar, today suspected that some policemen of second battalion of Calcutta Armed Police might have fraudulently removed postal ballots from Cossipore post office in connivance with a section of the Postal Department employees.
Sircar made this observation on the basis of report from city police submitted to him yesterday.
