CHANDIGARH, Nov 17: The CIA staff of the City police claims to have nabbed an quot;inter-state drug peddlerquot; and recovered 15 kg poppy husk from him, this afternoon.

Officials sources said that Gurdev Singh of Fatehgarh Sahib was arrested by a police party of the CIA staff headed by K.I.P. Singh, in charge of the Anti-Narcotics Cell. He has been booked under the NDPS Act.
