Poor day for Indians

MUMBAI, NOV 22: Vishaal Uppal was the only Indian left on the first day of the Famous Grouse ATP Challenger tennis qualifying rounds at the Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association courts today.Uppal won his first round match against Mustafa Ghouse 6-7, 6-3, 6-4 and will play Japan8217;s Thomas Shimada in the second round tomorrow. Seven out of 19 Indians won their first round matches in the morning today and six of them later lost in the second round. Four qualifiers will join the main draw of 32.
