PCB has no locus standi: Latif

Rashid Latif has made light of the pcb8217;s threat of disciplinary action for alleging match-fixing during the recent India series, saying the PCB had no locus standi to do so since he was not a contracted player.

Replying to a notice from PCB chairman Shaharyar Khan referring his case to a disciplinary committee, a defiant Latif said that the comments made by him on television after Pakistan lost the fourth one-dayer were the views of an individual and player.
