PBI varsity NSS panel formed

PATIALA, April 21: Vice-chancellor of Punjabi University Joginder Singh Puar has constituted the university panel on NSS advisory committee. Giving this information here, Baltej Singh Mann, programme coordinator of NSS, said this advisory panel will give its recommendations on national integration, adult education and seminars relating to the tercentenary celebrations of the birth of Khalsa.

The members include Commissioner, Patiala division, R. P. S. Pawar, Dr Ranbir Singh Sarao, registrar, Dr B. S. Bhatia, Dean Academic Affairs, Dr S. S. Dhillon, Dean Students Welfare, Dr B. S. Mangat, Professor of Mathematics, principals of government Mahendra College, S D College, Barnala, GCW, Patiala and Akal Degree College for Girls, Sangrur, Dr Harbhajan Singh Deol, Commissioner Linguistics Commission, Albel Singh Grewal, secretary, Red Cross, Ram K. Gupta, MD, SBI, Dr Kulbir Kaur Walia, head of blood bank, Rajindra Hospital and Prof D. S. Mastana, social worker.
