Before Dutt decides to step into those director8217;s shoes, he8217;s busy earning as much goodwill as he can. First, he charmed the residents of Bandra when he appeared with his family at the inauguration of the Nargis Dutt Mobile Hospital, and now, more recently on the sets of his new film, Kurukshetra he donated a wheelchair to a disabled person.

As for Gupta, even as the director puts on his dancing shoes for a nightful of fun, a film titled Jung which he had almost completed starring Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Raveena Tandon and Shilpa Shetty gets ready for release. quot;I have nothing to do with that film. The producer has completed the film himself, used underhand tactics to make some of the actors shoot for the film, used dubbing artistes to dub for most actors and has completely betrayed the intended story,quot; Gupta explains. quot;I have washed my hands off Jung and so has Sanju Dutt. Both of us feel that the producer Satish Tandon has been unfair to us, and we suggest to the public that this film not be watched at all,quot; he adds.

Then on a lighter note, Gupta jokes, quot;I know I have this reputation of being a difficult guy to work with. So by launching my own company, I can finally do things my way. I can finally make the kind of movies I want to, without having to compromise.quot; Amen to that!
