One more held in raid for plotting J-K fake surrender

The J-K Police today arrested another conspirator in a raid in Chadoora, moving a step closer to unfold the fake surrender drama.

8216;8216;We have arrested one more person in connection with this case,8217;8217; IG, Kashmir, Javaid Maqhdoomi said. Police have called the villagers thrice to Chrar-e-Sharief Police Station for detailed interrogation. However, the kingpin, Nazir Ahmad Bhat, a close relative of PCC president Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed, deemed to be the main link with the Army officers involved in enacting the fake surrender, is absconding.

In Srinagar, a Jaish-e-Mohammad commander was arrested today. Saifullah of Pakistan is believed to be the mastermind behind the recent suicide attacks, police said.
