The J-K Police today arrested another conspirator in a raid in Chadoora, moving a step closer to unfold the fake surrender drama. ‘‘We have arrested one more person in connection with this case,’’ IG, Kashmir, Javaid Maqhdoomi said. Police have called the villagers thrice to Chrar-e-Sharief Police Station for detailed interrogation. However, the kingpin, Nazir Ahmad Bhat, a close relative of PCC president Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed, deemed to be the main link with the Army officers involved in enacting the fake surrender, is absconding.In Srinagar, a Jaish-e-Mohammad commander was arrested today. Saifullah of Pakistan is believed to be the mastermind behind the recent suicide attacks, police said.
