
MUMBAI, June 19: Naval Dockyard entered the pre-quarter-finals of the Mumbai District Football Association-conducted Maitra Cup tournament when they defeated Maharashtra State Police Juniors 5-3 via the tie-breaker at the St. Xavier8217;s ground, Parel today.The teams were 1-1 at full time with both the goals coming before half time. Naval Dockyard opened the scoring as early as the fourth minute when Sebastian Caldera set up Michael Pereira who scored easily.
