DURHAM: OVER the next month English disorder will come face to face with Japanese order. Ron Hogg, assistant chief constable of the Durham force in northern England, will lead a 8220;substantial team8221; to Japan at the weekend to advise on tactics. A group of 11 Japanese officers visited Britain for the England-Italy match in March and it was obvious they were unused to soccer supporters English-style, Hogg said. 8220;They showed us video footage of Japan8217;s fans queuing up 8230;in orderly queues, for an hour and a half, tickets in hand.
