The University of Mumbai has started admissions for a diploma course in classical vocal music, light vocal music, classical instruments music, sitar and tabla.

New branch

TWENTIETH Century Finance Corporation Ltd has announced the opening of a branch at Borivli. With this, the total strenght of branches in the city goes up to seven. The Borivli branch will be involved in the collection and marketing of the company’s fixed deposit schemes. It will also offer Across the Counter Facility’ whereby customers and brokers can receive their receipts and warrants within 15 minutes of presenting their documents.

WR trains

THE Western Railway has decided to halt three Express trains at the Maninagar station on an experimental basis for three months with effect from July 7. The trains are Ahimsa Express, Gorakhpur-Ahmedabad Express and Karnavati Express.
