Molestation alleged

CHANDIGARH, June 2: A woman resident of Shivalik Enclave was reportedly molested by a Sector 10 resident, at her house, last evening. The woman in a complaint to the police said that a resident of Sector 10, entered her house and molested her. The complainant added that she was also assaulted and threatened by the accused.

The police have registered a case of house tresspass, outrage of modesty, causing hurt and criminal intimidation under Sections 452, 323, 354 and 506 of the IPC.
