Not now, says Kavita Singh who has decided to 8220;inspire8221; the aspirant. As step one, 8216;Inspiration 8212; the modelling workshop8217; is already launched under the direction of Rajeev Sachdeva, city8217;s very own established model.

8220;It8217;s a first of kind of workshop where we plan to discover, explore and promote the talent,8221; says Kavita, a personality development instructor, Wisdom Institute, Gomti Nagar.

8220;Personality development is the core issue. The first day they came to attend the workshop they were chewing gum, using their mobiles and were undisciplined. But after some serious talk there was a remarkable change as they really concentrated on personality development,8221; says Kavita.

However, the capsule we are providing also have spiritual teaching, meditation, grooming and of course ramp walk, walks on beats and dressing quotient,8221; informs Latika Singh, centre head.

So when on day one it was only talking, day 4 saw teenagers walking on the floor like expert models. 8220;In next few days we will work on their elegance, confidence and personality workshop besides modelling tips,8221; says Sachdeva who has done print add for Stardust, Zee etc.

As for some 40 odd modeling enthusiasts, the workshop is doing wonders. 8220;We are dying to hit the ramp and show what we have learned,8221; says Sarika preparing for December 16 final.

8220;We have arranged a talent show on the last day of the workshop. It would like a semester end examination for these students who would get an opportunity to showcase talent in front of who8217;s who of the town,8221; says Kavita .
