PUNE, May 9: Perversion touched a new high as a city businessman was arrested for allegedly sexually exploiting two minors after luring them into his house at Nana Peth on Friday.
According to the police, Manohar Nemichand Jain 32, a resident of 47, Nana Peth, was staying alone in the wada, having sent his family to their native place. Finding the 12-year-old girl and her 11-year-old friend playing in the courtyard all by themselves, he struck a conversation with them and later lured them with some promises into his house. He also paid them rupees five each.
Having cornered them, Jain first convinced them into stripping. He then made the girls indulge in various sexual acts before he raped one of them, while forcing the other to perform oral sex, the police said.
He later sent them home after telling them not to disclose the incident to anyone. However, the rape victim disclosed the entire episode to her mother who had by then returned home after being out for some work. She immediately confirmed the sordid episode with the other victim and took them to the Samarth police station where a complaint was lodged against Jain.
The girls were sent for the medical examination at Sassoon Hospital while the accused has been arrested.
