The Taj Blue Diamond is all set to recreate the magic of one of the most sought after leisure destinations, Goa with the Goan food festival. The gastronomical journey with the most traditional Goan food will have Sopa De Peixe A combination of Seafood flavoured with saffron, salads like Salada De Lulas Squid salad in Chilli lemon dressing, traditional prawn curry with coconut and spices, Bhindi Sol Stir fried okra with Mustard seeds, Kokam and Grated coconut and top it off with the very traditional desserts like Bebinca and Dodol. The Special attraction for the evening is musician duo, Selwyn and Glen from Goa.Food festival is from the September 19 to 28 at the Coffee Shop from 7.30 to 11.30 pm.

Kabab festival
Kabab Hut at Hotel Sun and Sand will serve Fiesty Kababs at the Kabab Festival. The festival begins on September 19 and would conclude on September 29 from. The timings for the fest is 7.30 to 11.45 pm. Unlimited kababs will be served on the table while the main course and dessert would be on the buffet. Enjoy!
