MUMBAI, April 22: Melwyn Mascarenhas with 40 handicap outplayed Shomir Varadkar 60 in his first round match at Open snooker tournament for Sushil Ruia Challenge Cup at the Matharpacady Club, Mazgoan.

Other results: C Durante 50 bt D P Singh 60 102-73, 115-73; A Chateller 50 bt D Waradkar 55 97-74, 103-65; Suyog Sawant 60 bt S Divekar 50 108-88, 115-85.

TT Tournament

Mumbaishahar Zilla Table Tennis Association will conduct an inter-office from April 28 and inter-club on May 3 at Brabourne Stadium. The entries will be accepted at Association8217;s office at Brabourne Stadium between 6.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m.
