In yet another global acquisition by an Indian company, leading printing machine manufacturer, Manugraph India Ltd on Tuesday said it has acquired US-based Dauphic Graphic Machines Inc DGM for 19.2 million making the combined entity the world8217;s largest single width press manufacturing company.
8220;We do not export any machines to US currently and so to bridge this gap we decided to acquire Dauphin,8221; Manugraph managing director Pradeep Shah said here today.
