
PUNE, June 8: Complaining about wife8217;s cooking can be dangerous to one8217;s health. As it proved for Anant Mahadeo Tamse 35 of Inglun village in Junnar taluka of Pune district on Monday evening.
According to the police, Tamse had come back home to find his wife cooking. Queries about the vegetables descended into a fight that led to Tamse being allegedly burnt by his wife and mother-in-law.
Once the argument heated up, Tamse8217;s wife Baby Anant Tamse and her mother Radhabai Shankar Walkule poured keroseme on Tamse and set him on fire. Baby, who is his second wife has ben arrested along with her mother. A case of attempt to murder has been registered against them. Tamse was admitted to Sassoon hospital with 58 per cent burns. His condition is stated to be stable. The Khed police has registered a case and are investigating.
