CHENNAI, Feb 23: A 28-year-old man died when he slipped and fell from the third floor of a building at Purasawalkam on February 23 morning. Police identified the deceased as Andrews of Chemmanpettai, Kellys. The accident occured at around 2 am when the victim was reportedly in an inebriated state. The Vepery police have registered a case.
