LUCKNOW, MAY 9: The scorching heat, which is likely to take its toll on the players, notwithstanding, top women players of the country will be gearing up for another round of tough battles when the ITF Women8217;s Masters tennis gets underway here tomorrow.

Top-seed Rushmi Chakravorti, finalist in Bangalore and semi-finalist in the third-leg at New Delhi a couple of days ago, unseeded Russian Anna Nefedova, Shruti Dhawan and Radhika Tulpule will be top contenders for the title in a 16-strong field at the lush green Oudh Gymkhana Club.

Though Rushmi, Shruti and Radhika all have 28 points each, Rushmi has been given top billing as she is the only player with a WTA ranking among the three.
