Launch drive to solve jam

Ref. Pune Newsline November 17 exposing the news 8220;for 16 hours, nothing moved on the highway8221; due to the collision of an ST bus with a jeep, jeoparadising the traffic from Karla to Mumbai and Pune, causing inconveniences and heavy loss of time and money for many thousand people. Can anyone imagine the impact of the actual loss? To avoid such an event and to meet with remedial measures in the event of such occurrence, may I request you to launch a mass awareness campaign by inviting practical suggestions from lawyers, educationists, industrialists, transport operators, students and goodwill minded samaritans, under printed form to be appeared in your newspaper and best practical suggestions be given cash awards and mementos. Who can sponsor the same? It is not the accident troubling a man much, but repeated thinking about the event and its consequences. Surely repeatedly thinking of the traffic jam in the highway, will speak of much and let the points come as practical suggestions and for implementations. Where is the common sense of the drivers involved in the accident and of the drivers in line?
