Early morning blues stuck a recent Cabinet meeting with most ministers missing out on the sole agenda of the sitting after turning up late. The meeting, called urgently to lift President’s rule in Nagaland following Assembly elections, was held at 9.30 in the morning instead of the traditional 11 am. In fact, the only thing that Minister for Heavy Industries Santosh Mohan Deb, who came in late, caught were the words, “The meeting now stands concluded”.
