JDE to launch ERP solution

MUMBAI, NOV 13: Enterprise business applications provider JD Edwards will next week formally launch in India its network-centric, multi-platform configurable ERP product Oneworld8217;. 8220;The company will also announce its ecosystem of alliances and strategic partners,8221; JDE regional client services director, South Asia, Neil Dibb told PTI. The launch announcements will be made at the Intelligent Enterprise8217;998217; expo here.

Oneworld is an object-oriented configurable network computing enterprise resource planning ERP solution, which provides flexibility to adopt business process to meet new business demands, and adaptible to new functions, he said. 8220;Transcending client/server technology, Oneworld provides true distributed object architecture, which separates business functionality from underlying operating systems and database platforms, enabling adoption of new technologies,8221; he added.
