Jagjivan Ram paid floral tributes

April 5: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today paid floral tributes to Babu Jagjivan Ram on the occasion of his 93rd birthday celebrations.

Naidu, along with the Union Minister of State for Railways Bangaru Laxman, state assembly speaker Pratibha Bharathi, state minister for social welfare Kadiam Srihari and other ministerial colleagues, legislators and officials attended a function organised near Nizam college.

A cultural programme was also organised later in the day at Ravindra Bharathi by the state government to mark the day.
