BANGALORE, July 3: The Indian Space Research Organisation ISRO plans to launch a multi-wavelength space observatory during the early part of the next century, according to Kasturirangan, its chairman. The observatory will have ultra-violet, infra-red, X-ray and gamma ray telescopes to carry out various observations.
