CHANDIGARH, Feb 22: Inter-school drawing competition was organised by Divya Himachal at Sector-17 plaza today.
The students of three classes from nine city schools participated in the competition. U.T. Education secretary Anuradha Gupta gave away prizes to the winners. Divya Himachal Editor B.R. Jaitley and former editor Daink Tribune Radhe Shyam Sharma were also present on the occasion. The names of winners in order of merit are as follows 8212;
Class V: Maninder Singh, DAV Senior Secondary School, Sector 8; Harkirat Singh, Shishu Niketan, Sector 22; Richa Gupta, Nav Bal Niketan, Sector 20.
Class VI: Rohit Kumar, Nav Bal Niketan; Gaurav Goyal, Moti Ram Arya School, Sector 27; Anuj Jain, Amar Jain Public School, Sector 27.
Class VII: Ruchika Rana, Moti Ram Arya School; Saurabh Kashyap, Shishu Niketan; Neha Shukla, Nav Bal Niketan.
Insurance concept
A unique concept through which all types of insurance services can be obtained under one roof has been introduced by UGCE Insurance Services Division. A statement issued here said that members of the organisation will be provided complete insurances services from cost-effective underwriting to hassle free claim settlement on time. UGCE would interact with insurance firms on behalf on the policy holder. Services include premium saving concepts, risk inspection, new as well as existing insurance products.
