MUMBAI, FEB 19: The under-19 cricket selection trials for the Board President8217;s team to play the Sri Lankan under-19 team from February 22 began at the Wankhede Stadium here this morning with all the 31 probables in full attendance.

The players had a strenuous work out under the watchful eyes of the Junior Selection Committee headed by Hemant Kanitkar, who would be announcing the team tomorrow.

The Indian team for the first Test8217; which begins on February 27 will be selected on February 24, the last day of the three-day match.

The Sri Lankan team is expected to reach here tomorrow.
