
India and the UAE on Monday signed a framework agreement to develop industrial relations besides other memorandums of understandings MoUs for technical cooperation in various fields. The agreements were signed during the two-day visit of the Vice-President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai to India Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The Dubai ruler held meetings with President A P J Abdul Kalam and Overseas Indian Affairs Minister Vayalar Ravi. With Ravi, Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum discussed issues related to the Indian workers while acknowledging their contribution to the growth and progress of the UAE.
